Rolling bench is often very long , such as 20ft 50ft 65ft ... long . In this case , we prepare infinite trays for clients as the flood ebb tray on bench top.
Infinite flood tray is made up by several short flood trays. And We prepare glue for clients . Clients need to glue the trays well as 1 unit by themselves. So it’s important for clients to know the key points for gluing. Or Trays can be damaged and useless due to improper operation. Here are the points for you.

1. Place the appropriately sized abs flood tray onto the bench in sequence. Pour the specialized glue into the provided white dispensing bottle and cut a small opening in the tip of bottle. Apply a bead of glue into the recessed overlap area of the ABS tray; do not use too much (the glue expands, and excess use can cause the ABS tray to bubble or warp later.

2. Align the another ABS tray with the bonding area and press it firmly into place, ensuring the overlap is not too tight. Apply a bead of glue along the seam to seal the gap. Weigh down the joint with heavy objects such as bricks and allow it to dry. Repeat this process for all ABS tray until the whole long tray is fully assembled. Wait 24 hours before water-testing the tray; if any leaks are detected, apply additional glue to seal those specific areas.
3. Do not fix the transverse beam positions too rigidly; they can be movable. Because Ideally, there should be a transverse beam positioned beneath the seam where two ABS tray join.
It’s better that you complete 1 time or 2-times gluing at first. With the successful experience, then you go on with the rest trays.
