Some clients requires Good quality nursery germination tray : reusable and heavy duty . Some prefer Cheap price : disposable seedling tray is enough.
There are 3 types materials :
Polystyrene seedling trays (PS) : Durable , Heat-Resistant . It will not deform in hot weather.
Polyvinyl Chloride germination trays (PVC) : More Pliable than PS tray , cheaper than PS tray. But It can deform in hot weather but won’t affect the usage.
Polyethylene Terephthalate nursery trays (PET) : Economical tray. Durable but disposable.
0.4 - 1.0mm thick available .
For 1020 seed trays flat , it’s made of PS material . 1mm 1.2mm 1.5mm 1.8mm thickness all available.
