Applications of Geomembrane liners

Smooth surface HDPE geomembrane is with excellent impermeability and outstanding resistance on Chemicals , Breaking , Tearing , Puncturing , Stress crack ,UV , High temperature. PVC and LLDPE liner are with better flexibility , which are more suitable for projects with complex terrain and larger deformation. However , PVC and LLDPE liner are with less strength and resistance on chemicals . This is why HDPE liner is the most widely used among them. With so many remarkable properties, geomembrane liner is widely used on Aquaculture , Angriculture , environmental protection , water conservancy projects ,  municipal engineering , landscaping engineering ,petrochemical industry .

For some projects with steep slope or vertical engineer, we also have textured geomembrane liner for you, which will bring much more friction on the contact surface.



HDPE Geomembrane as Irrigation and Aquaculture Pond liner

Pond liner is a very common and popular application . like irrigation pond , fish farm ,shrimp pond. It’s very rigid tough liner. Colored pond liner also available, like blue color liner is suitable for swimming pool. Each liner can be welded together to make up large pond liners.
●Suitable Thickness    : 0.5mm  0.75mm or 20mils  30mils
●Suitable Quality grade : Virgin material liner with UV and Oxidation resistance or
Virgin material mixed with recycled ones , with UV and Oxidation resistance
●Liner sizes(rolls sizes)  : 4m 6m 7m 8m wide and 50m 100m .... long per roll

HDPE Geomembrane as Landfill liner

Landfill is a very important projects related to our daily life. We must make sure those garbage and leachate will never pollute our soils and underground water. With fantastic impermeability , chemical resistance and high strength , HDPE geomembrane liner is perfect as landfill liner.
During the installation, we always place 1 layer of geotextile under geomembrane and one more layer on top of geomembrane. Geotextile can not only protect geomembrane from damaging by sharp stones or garbage but also play a important role on filtration.
Some landfills are built using valley terrain. But Sometimes , it is required to build a Rigid Landfill for better impermeability and more stable site structure , which is made of reinforced concrete and geomembrane .Rigid Landfill can bear greater loads and has outstanding anti-settlement and anti-strain capabilities.

HDPE Geomembrane as Biogas digester and waste water pond liner

Large-scale livestock farms produce a lot of animal excrement every day. Biogas digesters can effectively process this waste and produce biogas. This is a beautiful thing that kills two birds with one stone. HDPE geomembrane liner is very suitable for it due to great impermeability and excellent resistance to chemicals , high temperature and damage.

HDPE Geomembrane as Reservoir ,Dam ,Canal liner

Reservoir , Dam , Canal all are large projects requiring more on long lasting . So a thick and durable liner is necessary. HDPE geomebrane is tough liner with both great resistance to High and Cold temperature : -70 to 60 Dgree Celsius all no problem.
