The Main Structure and Features of V-Track Rolling Bench

A- Main Structure are made up by the following parts :

ABS Flood Tray : It’s made of tough 3mm thick abs sheet . ABS flood ebb tray is UV stabilized , oxidation resistance and with excellent load-bearing capacity.

Aluminum Alloy Frame: They are surrounded by the flood tray . The frame is the support to the tray. It helps to maintain the tray shape from deformation when the tray is full of water and plants.

Transverse Beam : We also called it Horizontal Support. It’s C shape and the key parts to hold the flood tray and the plants in the tray.

Longitudinal Beam: It work with transverse beam together to carry flood tray and plants . A very important part as well.

Leg frame : the fundamental part of the bench structure . Abs flood tray , transverse beam , longitudinal beam all are placed above it.

Tracks : They are made of aluminum alloy frame or carbon steel . They are very tough to allow the whole table fully carried with plants to move on .

The soul of V track rolling tables are that they are with outstanding flexibility . All the rolling benches work on the same tracks . They can either be shoulder to shoulder or part away to each other. Their locations can be adjusted by you freely .
